ProFM Digital Badging
ProFM has partnered with BadgeCert to give you an easy and secure way to share your ProFM credential achievement and maintenance.
Post your digital badge anywhere – it may be shared as part of your profile on social media sites, embedded in your email signature, or posted on your website. Once shared, your digital badge validates your achievement for employers, peers, clients, and customers.

There are a number of badges you may see, based on your ProFM credential status.
New to ProFM
When you get started on your ProFM studies with the ProFM Credential Program, you may opt to use the “ProFM In Progress” badge. It’s great motivation to stick with your commitment and earn your ProFM credential! If you’d like to receive this badge, please email our ProFM Credential Manager, Kate Seaton.
When you pass the ProFM final assessment, you’ll automatically receive an email with instructions on how to access and share your ProFM credential digital badge. This badge shows the year you earned the credential. You will also have access to a PDF version of your official ProFM Credential Certificate.
If you fall behind on your 3-year ProFM credential renewal commitment, your badge will become “Inactive.” Don’t worry, you’ll receive several reminders along the way and earning credits is easy!
BadgeCert has very detailed FAQs to help you share your badge on social media or add it to your email signature, manage password issues, change your personal profile and more. See the BadgeCert FAQs.
We value your privacy! Your digital badge will only be visible if you post it to your social media, email signature, or website. Also, you may opt out of the ProFM Credential Registry once you earn your credential so your name is not listed or searchable.
While you can download a digital certificate from your profile in BadgeCert, we will continue to send out official printed certificates. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your certificate to arrive.
