Meet Our Expert

Michael Thomas, ProFM, FMP is a Facility Manager for JLL. Thomas joined the Marine Corps in 1989. His career turned to facility management in 2006. He gained nearly 15 years of FM experience in the entertainment and retail sectors, including the management of a 2.1 million ft² Williams Sonoma distribution center. In 2020, Thomas joined JLL and now manages more than 100 properties in west Tennessee. Thomas proudly holds the ProFM and FMP credentials, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor certification.
